Have Solar panels on House and Granny flat. 1 year ago on the house, just recently on the flat. Both times excellent services, and they have looked after us. Even helped me jump through the hoops to get the energy companies to register our panels for solar rebates. There installers are quick and efficient, and Matilda is amazing, checking up on us to make sure it all went well. Absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to go solar. Our electricity bills have been zero and less (in credit) on the house since we put them in ( we get seniors rebates so that contributes as well)UPDATE: Just had the batteries installed yesterday and the guys were excellent again. The whole team has been awesome, from back office staff to installers and our consultant.

The task of replacing my existing off-grid solar system was one that I approached with great trepidation. It was a significant investment and there are so many companies out there offering so many options and the quotes that I received were difficult to compare. The technology is complex and is constantly evolving.I very quickly felt at ease when I made contact with SunPeople and spoke with Dave. He was able to quickly understand my requirements and provide an initial quote that we were able to fine tune as we discussed the options. Dave was very patient as he explained to me why he was proposing the equipment that he was and gave me confidence that it would satisfy my needs.The team at Sun People were very easy to deal with and kept me well informed as we progressed through to installation. Four years ago as part of building our new house, we selected SunPeople to install a 10.56 kW solar panel system on the roof. We were impressed by the professionalism of the quotes, and the work they carried out for the installation.With recent pricing changes, we decided to add home battery storage into the solution, and again SunPeople did an excellent job providing the quotes around options, and we chose to use them for the installation of a 16 kWh battery, with full visibility and control through software for how the system in operating and where the power is going.In future it will also allow leveraging the storage for VPP (Virtual Power Plant) schemes. I recently had solar panels installed at my home by SumPeople. They were very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Phil O'Brien, the solar designer came in person and went through what my needs were and how much it would cost. I got three quotes but the other two companies couldn't be bothered to come in person, so just googled my roof and decided what they thought I needed! When one is making a big investment like solar I expect to have a one on one meeting with the installers. My panels are great, all done in a few hours with no damage to my tiles, in fact Sam, the electrician noticed one of my tiles was cracked so he replaced it for me. I call that good service! Needless to say I would recommend them. Jude

Phil O'Brien was the design specialist who was my first point of contact he was amazing he explained everything so clearly . He was very thorough .Phil Followed up on our system install, others install and you never hear from them again. The office staff were very helpful on doing warranty and applications.required. Very happy i went with the SunPeople to have my 6.5kw solar system put in they have cut my power bill to a 1/4 what it use to be they came up and sat down with myself and explained it all to me, workmanship was well done and very quick no mess left

Vey happy with the service from initial query to installation and commissioning of our system. SunPeople gave us all our options and then tailored a solar solution that met our needs and was economical. They guided us to ensure we did not pay for a system we did not need, and the final cost was cheaper than their quote. They even helped to resolve the issue of our energy retailer was not paying the feed in tariff. No hard sell, no up selling, quality products and installation.

Really happy with the whole SunPeople experience from start to finish. The entire team were very professional, helpful and friendly. Install happened as per agreed schedule (earlier even). The install team were always more than happy to explain what was occurring and why including great explanations of how the system works and how to monitor the system after installation. We had a wonderful experience with Dave and his team after we had been let down by two other solar providers. They started work when they said they would and finished the whole job ahead of their estimates, provided fantastic customer service the entire time and had extremely competitive pricing, essentially giving us a 9.9KW system for what the other company was charging for a 6.6.I look forward to dealing with SunPeople again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

SunPeople removed my old solar system and installed my new one. At all times I was kept informed of when things were to be done. The job was done with minimum disruption to our electricity supply. The job was carried out very efficiently, and the place left clean. I recommend SunPeople.

We got three quotes from solar installers in our area and SunPeople were the only ones to actually get up on our roof, take physical measurements and look at our old system. They were also the only ones not to bad mouth the other companies and big note their own products.The three blokes that came out and installed our system in less than a day were fantastic. Very polite, fast working and professional. They work for SunPeople, not sub contractors.Great price, product and sales team. That's all we wanted and they delivered!

Fantastic reputable organisation to deal with. I had an issue with my inverter after 3 years and the team could not been more helpful and supportive in getting my solar up and running ,supporting my warranty claim. I don’t often write reviews but good service deserves a wrap and is an important component when considering a solar system. The system I have is so good it has paid for itself.

I personally could not rate a business any higher. Sun People's entire customer service has been exceptional and the whole process has been completed by very professional, efficient, passionate and friendly employees. To add to this, the system is perfect. The panels and inverter work seamlessly. We can monitor performance through an app which allows us to see real-time production and real-time usage. This in turn allows us to maximise the self-use of the solar energy we are producing. Thank you to Phil, Jane, Tim and the entire Sun People team.

We have just completed our 3rd Solar upgrade with SunPeople.Our system utilises Enphase inverters and Tesla PW2 batteries.We have been happy with the attention to detail and help with any issues that the Enphase / Tesla equipment compatibility throws up.The system has operated faultlessly through frequent power dips and 2 long power outages.This gives us great confidence going forward .We would encourage any prospective purchasers to put SunPeople at the top of your list

SunPeople installed a 6.6kw solar system for me and I am very pleased with the quality of the install and the results. Installers took extra care to provide a neat job with hidden cabling and the System is working well. Phil and the team were amazing. Many of the dogs peeps say they can talk you what you need from Google maps and have subs come and give you inferior products and no follow up. I am giving 5 stars to sun people, (after being referred by family members) and because every single point of contact with this amazing team was nothing short of excellent. Dave helped me work through ALL of my questions ( and I had a lot of questions) from the very beginning so that I chose a system that was 100% compatible with our families power usage to gain the most benefit for the best return. There was always clear communication and every team member worked together and kept me up to date with delivery times, installation requirements, even after installation - Dave and his team helped me understand the app where I can monitor my usage.. sun people go that extra mile.. I would never hesitate to refer them to every living human on this planet who was interested in solar installation. These guys know their industry very well.. incredibly educated and being ex electricians- they know more than the average solar guy. An excellent experience. Entire team friendly, polite and most helpful.I did the research and bang for the buck this has got to be the best system that suits my needs. Most happy with the warranty and follow up service. I don't think I'll have any problems in the future, local company been around 12 years. A little too much info initially but at the end of the day I'm more than happy. Can't wait to see the savings. Very happy.

Just had a 6.6 kW system connected. So far so good. Liked the design allowing for mitigation of partial shading and protection of inverter. Installers were polite and careful. No broken tiles. Not the cheapest quote but quality equipment installed by local company, not subcontractors so If any problems arise I feel secure in being backed up. Can't tell you any stats yet - still waiting for full access to monitoring. Can't show you a photo without a drone.

Phil was super helpful and happy to take the time we needed. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to asked all the questions I had. The guys doing the installation were great and offered there opinion on marking a change on the day to suit our install better.

SunPeople were very informative, attentive and frank during the quoting process. There was no sales pressure and Phil managed the particular concerns I held. We compared several solar companies before choosing SunPeople. From designing the system to maximise production to the completion of the installation they were thoroughly professional. A great team to deal with from start to finish.

Provided good service and answered all my questions thoroughly. Only one that actually thoroughly checked out the site, orientation of the panels and what needed to be done for rewiring. So good, I got them to do a Tesla battery 4 months later as the outages in my area were driving me crazy. That's working well as a backup as well as maximising my solar usage.
