Our Environmental Statement

We care about the planet, we are committed to ensuring that every solar system we install reduces carbon footprints, all over the Illawarra. SunPeople have installed over 4MW of solar capacity over the last four years. Over the life of these systems, they will offset carbon equivalent to planting 4 million trees.

All of our old solar panels are recycled with a local recycler or given a new life in Solomon Islands! As only 20% of Solomon Islanders have access to electricity.

SunPeople are proud sponsors of the Gerringong Surf Life Saving Club, Corrimal Cougars Rugby League Football Club & Dapto Citizens Bowling Club.

Est. 2016, SunPeople is committed to providing excellent service to our customers whilst supporting the strict standards of the electrical and solar industry. That’s why our expert team are proud Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailers, Accredited Installers and Designers (CEC). Plus, our Director Doug Easther is the Illawarra treasurer of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
